Dr. Benedict Ohiovbeunu is an experienced Enterprise Risk Management, ERM, professional in the financial services sector, with over 20 years of industry experience. He has hands-on expertise in implementing the COSO Framework and holds several PECB certifications, including ISO 31000 Risk Management, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System, BCMS, ISO 27032 Cybersecurity Manager, ISO 27001 ISMS Lead Auditor, and ISO 27035 Incident Manager.

He is a Certified Risk Manager, CRM, of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Dr. Ohiovbeunu is also a member of ISACA and holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor, CISA, and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer, CDPSE, designations.

His academic qualifications include a BSc in accounting and master’s degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University. He holds a doctorate in Enterprise Risk Management from Atlantic International University and is currently a doctoral researcher in Cybersecurity at Capitol Technology University, Washington, DC, USA.
